Not a Court or Government Office. Forrest County Court Docket cannot access official case files, alter a setting, remove a record, issue certification, or give legal advice. Contact the responsible court or clerk for those actions.
Where to Route an Official Request
Use the record type and court to choose the first contact. A specific, bounded request helps a clerk locate the right file.
- Circuit or County docket: use the case lookup information and the Forrest County Circuit Clerk.
- Hearing or setting: see Court Dates, then confirm with the court that scheduled the event.
- Certified copy or case file: contact the clerk that keeps the original record, as explained under Court Record Search.
- Chancery matter: route a divorce, estate, guardianship, land-equity, or probate case to the Chancery Clerk.
- Municipal citation or city case: call Hattiesburg or Petal Municipal Court rather than assuming the record is in county MEC.

Justice Court is at 700 Main Street, 601-544-3136, and requests should identify the correct district. County Court administration is listed at 110 Alcorn Avenue, 601-545-6100; Youth Court has a separate 601-545-6185 line and protected-record rules.
For city records, Hattiesburg Municipal Court is at 701 James Street, 601-545-4933. Petal Municipal Court is behind the Police Department at 127 West 8th Avenue, 601-582-5351. A police incident report is a different record from a municipal court docket. The Hattiesburg and Petal pages explain those local routes.
